A lifetime is like a book that consists of chapters

each one moving towards an end

we all share

a certain death

but the author of mine is God

where there will be no The End

only a new beginning of another book

  1. If my life is like a book,
    it needed a lot more editing,
    and perhaps another look
    at whom the quotes are crediting,
    ’cause I did not contribute much
    to this wall of words,
    and what I gave was thus as such
    as to point the whole thing towards
    a skinny comic book satire
    of what maybe would have been worthwhile,
    but I sure would be a liar
    if I did not like the style
    of loser, hostage to his fates
    who aspired still to Pearly Gates.
